Hi, I’m Dajana — the baker behind Risewell.

Every loaf I make starts with just four things: strong white bread flour, water, salt, and a lively sourdough starter. No yeast, no additives, no fluff — just proper bread, made the slow way.

What began as a hobby quickly turned into a full-time fermentation obsession. Now, I bake in small batches from scratch, shaping and scoring each loaf by hand.

If you’ve ever waited patiently for a dough to rise, you’ll know — good bread takes time. And around here, we don’t rush it.

    Just collected the cheesy jalapeno sourdough and the blueberry and lemon sourdough, still warm out of the oven. The cheesy jalapeno is absolutely lush, so tasty, not tried the blueberry lemon loaf yet but it smells divine!.

    We got our first order and just wow.......a meat feast pizza sourdough loaf. The smell, the quality and oh my god the taste 😋 😍 If you have a pizza craving that needs satisfying just order one, I can't recommend highly enough 😍😋👏👌📢🔥
